Our Artisan Dough Ball Range is crafted for performance and convenience, giving you authentic Italian pizza without the labour. Perfect for food trucks, quick-service kitchens, or any fast-paced operation: get more flexibility, more speed, more profit!
How to Use Dough Tribe Frozen Pizza Dough
STORE IT: Keep your dough balls in the freezer at -18°C to -20°C until you’re ready to get cooking.
DEFROST IT: Take out the dough balls you need. You can either leave at room temperature until the centre is soft or leave in the fridge overnight until the centre is soft.
PROOF IT: Once defrosted, pop them in a bowl or tray, cover, and let them sit at room temperature for 2–4 hours to proof.
TOP IT: Dust with flour, then stretch or roll your dough to around 12 inches (or any size you like). Rustic or round—there’s no wrong way. Then add your favourite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
BAKE IT: Cook until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are fully cooked. Times will vary depending on your oven and how loaded your pizza is.
Pro tip: hotter ovens = crispier bases.
