STORAGE & COOKING
Storage Instructions
- Packaged frozen. Store at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
- 12 months shelf life. Once thawed, use within 48 hours.
- Product must be fully cooked before consuming.
Cooking Instructions
1. Thaw/defrost your pizza bases for best cooking results.
(Either thaw at room temp for 30 mins or overnight in your refrigerator - do not leave thawed for more than 72 hours)
2. Prepare your bases by removing shrink-wrap packaging. Top with desired toppings, avoiding overloading or adding excessive cheese.
3. Cook according to the following options:
If using our Pizzeria Pro Stone Base Pizza Oven:
- Set temperature dial to 3 with the lid closed for 8 minutes
- Reduce the temperature dial to 2.5 before cooking
- Cook 7", 9" and 12" pizza bases for 4 minutes
If using home oven:
- Bake in Fan Oven: 220°C for 9-11 minutes
- Or, bake in Conventional Oven: 230°C for 9-11 minutes
