Ingredients
6, 9 or 12 Inch Margherita Base
1 cup pumpkin, cubed and roasted
½ cup feta, crumbled or cubed
15g shaved parmesan
Handful of rocket, for topping
Method
- Top your Margherita Base with the pumpkin, feta and parmesan.
- Cook in a conventional oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, or cook in our stone-based pizza ovens for 4 minutes.
- Once cooked, add fresh rocket, slice and enjoy!
