6, 9 or 12 Inch Margherita Base
100g lamb mince, cooked
15g red onion, diced
15g capsicum, diced
15g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp tzatziki
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Method

Top your Margherita Base with the lamb, red onion, capsicum and cherry tomatoes.

Cook in your oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, or cook in our stone-based pizza ovens for 4 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle on the tzatziki, sprinkle with fresh coriander, slice and enjoy!
